John Kirby has been involved in a variety of cases including bankruptcy, civil disputes, divorce, arbitrations, lease and sale negotiations, and other land, development, and real estate litigation. He has served as a qualified expert witness in both State (AZ and CA) and Federal Courts. In addition, Mr. Kirby leads a large team of commercial appraisers located throughout the Southwest, including a dedicated Trust & Estates team comprised of in-house entity and partial interest valuation professionals. Mr. Kirby has 20 years of professional appraisal experience covering a diverse range of assignments in terms of both property types and markets, and is supported by the resources of one of the world’s largest real estate services providers.
