With 40 years as a practicing insurance professional agent and instructor, Daniel serves as an insurance expert witness to review coverages, claims, agent standards of care, and bad faith. He has testified in Federal and State Courts, in multiple states. He works with attorneys to see if coverages were written correctly, claims paid properly, and agents adhered to their standards of care. He analyzes insurance policies and practices for both defendants and plaintiffs. He is active in the insurance industry as an independent insurance agent and instructor for the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), CISR certification, and holds CIC, Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
