David has three highly regarded insurance designations and they are as follows: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC); and an Associates in Claims (AIC). In addition, David had three college degrees and they are as follows: Bachelor's in Business Management; Master's in Human Resources (MA.HR); and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). He has his Arizona resident producer licenses for all lines of insurance (Property and casualty since 1980 and Life since 1988) and continues to procure insurance for clients. David has taught state approved continuing education courses and college courses since 2002. He has taught insurance courses for college credit at Glendale Community College and currently teaches insurance and risk management at Rio Salado Community College. David has consulted on over 75 court cases (both plaintiff and defense) including standard of care, coverage issues, and bad faith claims. He has both deposition and trial experience. His rate for review, reports, depositions, and testifying at trial is $300 per hour. No retainer is necessary up front.
