I have 40 years’ experience performing occupational safety, ergonomic and human factors evaluations of workplaces, processes, equipment, and I have conducted return to work assessments. I have performed research for NASA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy, US Navy, and private industry. I am a Certified Professional Ergonomist and a Certified Safety Professional. My CV lists my expert witness experiences. I have performed depositions and trial testimony. One of most recent experiences was support for CORE vs PSCo - Breached Contract and Negligence. I provided human factors/industrial safety support to plaintiff’s counsel. When interviewed, the jury said that the human factors testimony I provided helped persuade their decision.
